CANCELLATION
POLICY:
Booth
selection is guaranteed after full payment has been received and application has
been approved. Prior to April 16th, a 50% non-refundable payment of the total
price of exhibitor’s order with application form and documentation are required
to hold placement in the show. After April 16th, full payment with
application form and documentation are required. A 50% non-refundable fee of the total
price of exhibitor’s order will be charged to any exhibitor canceling prior to
