Booth space is determined on a first come, first serve basis. (We suggest and encourage full payment to be included with this application to ensure priority booth selection.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Booth selection is guaranteed after full payment has been received and application has been approved.  Prior to April 16th, a 50% non-refundable payment of the total price of exhibitor’s order with application form and documentation are required to hold placement in the show.  After April 16th, full payment with application form and documentation are required.  A 50% non-refundable fee of the total price of exhibitor’s order will be charged to any exhibitor canceling prior to April 16th, 2007.  No refunds for cancellations received after May 2^nd.  Applications and outstanding payments received at the door will be charged $100.00 per table instead of the standard $65.00 (a $35.00 processing charge).
